And this is because on 22 June – that is, in just 20 days’ time – the eviction is scheduled to take place, with bailiffs setting the seals. It is absolutely necessary to prevent this havoc that would harm the image of Italy, since the Caff\u00e8 Greco has been known throughout the world for centuries. It is therefore necessary that intellectuals, artists, men of culture, politicians, ministers, institutions, citizens all rally around the Antico Caff\u00e8 Greco to prevent a move that would damage the history and tourism of this city and of the whole of Italy. A decision that would in any case prevent any other activity given the presence of an immovable constraint, but which would have the sole effect of keeping a magical place full of emotions, rich in art and history closed to the public with its paintings, tapestries and photos inside inaccessible to all.
